How Can I Cancel / Change My Reservation?

You can change the date and time of your reservation. There will be no additional cost by giving a notification at any time. However, there is no free cancellation option for your reservations in case of any negativity caused by customer

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The customer has a free cancellation option up to 1 week (7 days) before during the holidays and peak period weeks. For cancellations shorter than 1 week (7 days), 25% deduction will be applied.

Is Findeks Financial Analysis / Rental Risk Control provided?

For a safer driving and leasing, financial analysis of our customers will be checked by findeks / rental risk report. If the report submission is not approved by you or the financial analysis result does not meet the Comet Rent a Car car rental conditions, the vehicle will not be delivered even if the reservation has been made.

What happens if the vehicle malfunctions?
